Born and raised on Oahu, Timothy has a solid understanding of the real estate market and trends. He graduated from the University of Hawaii Manoa Shidler Business School with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. He is also one of the founders of a professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, which helps foster the study and growth of young business professionals in the field of business, economics and travel industry. Timothy has an extensive background in Digital Marketing as well as Commercial and Residential Property Management. He is also an active out of state Real Estate Investor and is a part of a Honolulu Multifamily investment team involving syndication partnerships.

In his free time, Timothy enjoys adventuring to various parts of the world.  He also enjoys playing basketball, hanging out at the beach, golfing, and trying new places to eat.
