Melia is a luxury condominium development under construction in Honolulu's Ward Village neighborhood. Planned architecture by Robert A.M. About Melia at Ward Village

Melia is planned as a 35-story residential tower on the former Ward Centre block. The design team includes Robert A.M. Stern Architects, local executive architect AHL, interior designer Champalimaud Design and landscape designer VITA Planning & Landscape Architecture. The planned architecture draws inspiration from early 20th-century Honolulu landmarks while incorporating shaded outdoor spaces and tropical landscaping.
