Born and raised in Hong Kong, Paul moved to Hawaii in 1992.  Graduated with a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Paul's career began with a small local community bank as a filing clerk and gradually to become Vice President and Head of Honolulu Operations for a San Francisco based bank.  In 2015, he changed his career by joining one of the largest local real estate companies to become a real estate agent specializing in residential, commercial and property management.  His clients include local, Hong Kong and mainland China.

Being a local community banker specializing in small business and real estate financing for over 20 years, Paul understands the importance to keep the flow of each transaction and make sure all requirements to be completed prior to their deadlines.  No matter you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, Paul will make sure you understand the process and confident every step during the transaction.
