Hai Ying Liao is a Chinese speaking real estate agent with Luxury Homes International, a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to joining LHI, Hai Ying was employed in the aviation industry for 6 years. She assisted in leased property management and acquisition in the Hawaii islands which sparked her passion for real estate.

Hai Ying has lived and worked in Honolulu for over 10 years, she is knowledgeable and passionate about her community. She has developed strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. This enables her to connect with clients, determine, and fulfill their needs.

Hai Ying was born and raised in Guangdong, China. In 2005, her family relocated to Honolulu. She graduated from University of Hawaii in Manoa with B.A in Second Language Studies.  Hai Ying's background helps her better serve the needs of different nationalities. She speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hakka. As a realtor, her priority is to listen and understand exactly what her clients' wants and needs are. An equally important priority is achieving the best possible outcome in every transaction. As well, striving to ensure that the buying and/or selling process is seamless and as stress-free as possible. Her clients can count on a prompt response any time they have a question or concern.

In her free time, she enjoys exercise, hiking, yoga, tennis, and running. All outdoor activities spark her interest. She also enjoys cooking, and specialty cake design.
