Gaylien began her real estate career in Hawaii over 40 years ago and has been named a Top Producer in her field every year since the beginning of her career. She has often been chosen as the “Realtor With the Most Positive Mental Attitude,” the “Associate Most Enjoyable to Work With” and the “Associate I Would Choose As My Realtor” by her peers. She was a recipient of the Aloha Aina Realtors Choice Award in 1999, and consistently ranks in the top 3% of all Realtors on Oahu. Her decades of experience and philosophy of relationship and responsibility have helped her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Gaylien was raised, and grew up, on a farm in Koko Head (present day Hawaii Kai), graduated from Roosevelt High School, and magna cum laude from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Chemistry. She is a 3rd generation resident here in Hawaii, has two grown children, two grandchildren, and resides in Manoa.
