Born on Maui and having lived in Japan, Troy has earned an undergraduate aeronautics degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a graduate degree in business administration from Phoenix University. This knowledge coupled with 20 years of military service has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily to pursue real estate negotiations, educate home-buyers and sellers, and market listings effectively. Troy has been working with real estate negotiations for over 10 years, and currently operates a service business here in Hawaii; he also co-owns an import/export company in Japan and practices business consulting for foreign entities. As a local boy, he loves exploring Hawaii’s unique hiking trails, secret fishing spots, and loves gourmet cooking (and eating).
