Gavin initially considered Real Estate back in the late-80’s to become a second generation Real Estate Professional.

After two years in Retail Management, seven in Finance and more than a decade-and-a-half as a business owner here on Oahu, the time was right and Gavin started his foray into the Real Estate Industry.

Gavin has since been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist and the Graduate, REALTORS® Institute designations as well as the e-PRO Certification. He continues to further his education to better both himself and the service he is able to provide his growing family of happy clients.

Gavin was born and raised in Hawaii, holds a Bachelors in Business from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is an active member of the community. Gavin has been twice nominated for the Honolulu Board of Realtors Good Neighbor Award and won $1,500 for the non-profit of his choice as the runner-up finisher in 2023. He has been a member in good standing with the Koko Head Lions Club for more then 25 years, served a two year term as a Certified Guiding Lion to the Hawaii Cyber Lions Club, the first fully internet based Lions Club on Oahu and was the Executive Assistant to the District 50 Lions District Governor for the State of Hawaii in 2022–2023.

Gavin is a member of the Aina Haina Elementary School PTA and is also the Koko Head Lions Club Liaison with the Kahala Elementary PTO.

Gavin was formerly with Properties of the Pacific before joining Luxury Homes International.
